Belgian Blond Triple brewed with 3 different spices (Coriander seeds, sweet orange peel and Cardemom). Aged for 1 year on a Tomintoul Whisky barrel.
After emptying the barrel, bottled in 75cl bottles with champagne yeast and 12g/L sugar. Refermented for 1,5 months in the bottle.
Removed the yeast from the bottle according to the traditional method at the installation of our good friend from Dame Jeanne (Brut D’Anvers)
